This Policy describes how XGIMI KW processes your personal data, but it may not address all possible data processing scenarios. XGIMI KW may inform you of product- or service-specific data collection through supplementary policies or notices provided before collection.

  • If you engage in promotional activities, you may also provide information such as photos and additional data.

Account Information: When you create or register a XGIMI KW account, you may provide information such as your user ID, email address (or phone number), password, or other details for account verification.

Contact Information: When you place an order, seek customer service, or interact with us, you may provide details like your name, email address, billing/shipping address, and phone number(s). We use Zendesk to power our customer service. You can read more here: 

Payment Information: When you place an order or make a financial transaction, you may provide payment details such as your bank account, credit card, or debit card number.

Communications: When you contact us, we may collect the time, topic, and content of your communications along with your contact details.

Device Related Information: We may collect device model, serial number, and regional details (such as region, country code, or city code, without exact GPS latitude/longitude).

Cookies: We use cookies to collect data and improve functionality. 

Environmental Photos: When using features like “Auto Focus” or “Automatic Trapezoidal Correction,” the projector camera may temporarily capture projection images. These are not saved and are deleted immediately after function completion.

We may also use the gyroscope to collect six-direction placement details of the product (such as pitch and horizontal angle) for auto-correction and focus.

3D ToF Sensor Data: Certain products may collect depth and infrared information for anti-projection eye safety and auto screen adjustment.

All such functions can be managed under “Settings → Projector Settings.”

1.1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

When permitted by law, we may collect information about you from third parties. For example:

  • Validation of your details (e.g., phone number) for security and fraud prevention.

  • Information from social networks (when you sign in using Google, Facebook, etc.).

  • Delivery information is provided by others when buying gifts for you.

1.1.4 Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII)

XGIMI KW may also collect data that does not identify you personally, such as:

  • Statistical data (e.g., number of site visits).

  • Aggregated usage patterns to analyze trends and improve products/services.

If Non-PII is combined with Personal Information, we treat it as Personal Information until separated.
